Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 400 is applied to all orders regardless of the parcel size or weight.
Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
We aim to get your curated items to you as quickly as possible:
Order Processing: Most orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days.
Rest of Pakistan: 3–7 business days.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume sales periods.
We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide for your convenience.
Please have the exact amount (including the PKR 400 shipping fee) ready at the time of delivery.
To maintain security, our courier partners are not permitted to allow the opening of parcels before the payment is collected.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time through the courier’s portal.
The courier will typically attempt to deliver your package twice. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the parcel will be returned to our facility. Re-shipping returned orders will require a new shipping fee.
While we adhere to the “Zollo Standard” of secure packaging, if your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
Notify the courier agent immediately upon delivery.
Capture a photo of the damaged box/packaging.
Email us at info@shopzollo.com within 24 hours so we can assist you with a resolution.
