At ShopZollo, we take pride in our “Zollo Standard” of quality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
The seal of the box must be intact for items like Smartwatches and sealed Home Accessories, unless the item is being returned due to a functional defect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
Used toys or items with visible wear and tear.
Items that have been damaged after delivery.
Products purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at info@shopzollo.com with your Order Number and photos of the item you wish to return.
Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
Once approved, you will be required to ship the item back to our warehouse. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed. Since we primarily operate via Cash on Delivery, refunds are typically issued via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping fee of PKR 400 is non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty Smartwatch or a broken Home Accessory, please contact us immediately at info@shopzollo.com with unboxing video/photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
